I would like to acknowledge with very special thanks and appreciation to my first teacher in biomedical informatics : Prof. William Hersh, M.D. Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology, Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), Portland Oregon, USA . Even we met face-to-face almost 6 months after I've studied his voice-over-powerpoint lecture in 10x10 American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) with OHSU in introduction to medical informatics course which leads me to the most challenging field up until now, but all of these things could never been happened if I don't know how to get start in the first place from my dearest friend at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol university 'Bird' Ekkamol Tantisantamo, M.D. when he went to the USA for internship after he passed his USMLE to be specialize in Internal Medicine, he introduced me to P'Nunn, Nawanun Teeraumpornpan, M.D who guided me and also encourage me to explore in this pioneer-in-thailand field. P'Nunn gave me lots of invaluable information and put me in a good start. I'm grateful to his kindness and respect in his seniority as we are graduated in the same medical university, although not the same medical schools. Of course, My parents and younger sister who always support me in everything I tried to do
Finally, Thank you for all of you, visiting this site is my pleasure and hope you get some idea, knowledge or share your vision for the benefit of mankind
like my father of modern medicine in Thailand said ' I don't want you to be only a doctor also to be a man '
